Why sometimes you feel moody?

Image
Life is a stage play of feelings surrounded by desires. Our desires were first spotted from our feelings. These feelings are the faces of past events of our lives, taste and preferences, impression, rejects and most often times; they are wants.   Quoting from the subject of this post “ why sometimes you feel moody” my emphasis will be based on a tagged word “Affect”. A switch in our mood is caused by affected thoughts over weakness or most often times rejection and failures. These events of what is affecting can be long lasting if not properly fed with psychological prescriptions and rulings.  The word “affect” can be defined as  the experience of feeling or emotion . Affect is an essential part of the study of psychology because it plays such an important role in everyday life. As we will see, affect guides behaviour, helps us make decisions, and has a major impact on our mental and physical health.  It will interest you to know that the two core social-physics and science of ones moo

Can Scammers get Hacked?

Image
Hacking scammers is simple, but involves a combination of malware       Computation put together other mainframes to achieve a desired hacking target.   The term hacking is originally coined to describe experts who uses their skills to re-create mainframe systems to increase their efficiency in carrying out multi-task. These multi-task can manually operate company computer system in one place without having to be there. Well, as for ethical hacking, it is different as the process of hacking is much more of combined programming skills, networking and malware computation involves before a target is aimed.  Jerry Anthony was speaking, he confessed that he has done it many times, or worse let them infect their own computers, they seem to just disappear offline!  While speaking last week Friday, he noted that many scammers have no idea of where they target. Spammers are better, it’s simple to put some malware together so you get all their info, and hack their webcams, but disable the webc

She was not just a great writer, but she was an hero who spoke the minds of people living around the Marina communities. Sophie Chao’s new book clearly striped out the impacts of oil palm plantations on Marind communities in West Papua. Sophie Chao examines the multispecies entanglements of oil palm plantations in West Papua, Indonesia, showing how Indigenous Marind communities understand and navigate the social, political, and environmental demands of the oil palm plant.   As Chao note stood strongly pointed facts suffered from damages it caused, it was no secret that the palm oil sector has destructive environmental impacts: it greatly contributes to tropical deforestation and is a major driver of global warming. Situating the plant and the transformations it has brought within the context of West Papua’s volatile history of colonization, ethnic domination, and capitalist incursion, Chao traces how Marind attribute environmental destruction not just to humans, technologies, and cap

At What Point Is Complaining About Your Job Doing More Harm Than Good?

Image
We all have complained about our   jobs   to vent through frustration and fears. But if what’s keeping us unhappy is not changing, the complaints can start to feel repetitive. There comes a question we all must ask ourselves before we get asked by our exhausted listeners: How beneficial to our well-being and our career is complaining, really? To answer, HuffPost asked experts to weigh in on when complaining can be helpful –– and the tipping point on when it becomes more harmful: When Complaining Can Actually Be Productive Complaining can hold a bad reputation for being too negative, but it’s good, to be honest with your friends and loved ones about what is getting you down. “Sometimes we need support and not solutions. Venting about work or your frustrating boss can be helpful to a certain extent if we are able to find support in someone who’s a good listener,” said Chicago-based psychotherapist  Cathy Ranieri . “When we really feel heard, and therefore understood, it can be groundin

Did you know that Rasputin’s 12-inch-long junk is exhibited in the Museum of Erotica in St. Peterburg? For those who aren’t familiar with the man,  Grigori Rasputin , or the infamous "Mad Monk" served the Romanov royal family and was  known for his legendary skills in bed . One woman even claimed to have fainted from the intensity of their encounter. This earned him the name "Russia's greatest love machine." But he was  assassinated in 1916 by a group of men , and since then, there have been rumors that his  genitalia was cut off by Prince Felix Yusupov . Legend has it that after it was separated from its owner, the organ developed a cult following, with some claiming  it could bestow fertility . Some think it has magical properties, such as the  ability to cure impotence  just by looking at it. Fascinating, isn’t it? According to historian Douglas Smith,  Rasputin's daughter Maria discovered her father’s penis in the 1920s with a group of women in Paris, ta

Does your mindset point to your success?

Image
I like to talk about topics related to psychology and that has always been the best part of me. When I first thought of putting out a personal blog, my motivation was built around the very things that pop constantly my thoughts and I am pretty sure you want to know what really drove me to this point.  Now let me ask you this time around,  Does your mindset point to your success? Your mindset determines what you experience and the ideas you are open to. It sets your success in life, love, and business. Your mindset can be fixed in some ways about certain situations and ideas or you might have a growth mindset that allows you to grow as a person and live a happier life.  Mindset is the single most significant factor impacting a person’s success, whether personal or professional. What you regularly think about has a direct impact on your conduct. As a result, it’s critical to get this key ingredient properly. Not just to success is our mindset so important to guard and to be mindful over

Ridiculous Things Partners Have Said Or Done In The Delivery Room

Image
Ideally, having your partner in the delivery room would mean you’re covered on the support front: They’d be present as much (or   as little! ) as you want, know your   birth plan , calm your nerves and advocate for your needs with the hospital staff. That’s the  ideal  situation. Given how stressful the lead-up to labor can be, partners aren’t always on their best behavior. I’ll never forget my mom shaking her head after giving birth to my little sister; my stepdad had the lovely idea to eat a cheeseburger with onions while my mom was in the throes of labor pains. Lately, there have been many celebrity examples of loutish labor behavior. For example, “Live with Kelly and Ryan” host  Kelly Ripa   recently shared  that her husband, actor  Mark Consuelos,  asked, “Do you mind if I eat?” before the birth of one of their children, then followed it up with, “I’m going to the batting cages since you’re gonna be here a while.” When  Meghan Markle  gave birth to now 3-year-old son Archie in M
